Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

· Embark on sales and business development strategies fuelled by your passion for our mission.

· Craft and execute sales and marketing plans with creativity and enthusiasm.

· Engage deeply with customers to understand their needs, both commercial and technical.

· Collaborate closely with design engineers to tailor products to exceed client expectations.

· Cultivate a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

· Advocate for program adoption, driving forward job creation projects with unwavering commitment.

· Plan and orchestrate outreach, marketing events, career fairs, and industry engagements with passion and purpose.


Requirements:

· Experience in planning and organizing outreach, marketing events, and industry engagements.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in at least two languages.

· Driven by a customer-centric approach, with a relentless pursuit of targets and challenges.

· Innate ability to connect with clients, understanding their needs with genuine empathy.

· Independent, proactive, and self-motivated, fueled by your passion for success.
