Responsibilities
- Develop ASEAN business strategies and governance framework which are aligned to HQ and ASEAN Regional HQ.
- Conduct market analysis and trends to keep abreast of the market development across ASEAN region.
- Work closely with the Heads of Country in ASEAN on the business development and incubation, as well as to support the growth in the ASEAN Countries.
- Enhance the regional governance to expand the Social Solution Business region-wide.
- Follow the execution of the mid-term management plan (MTP) of ASEAN region.
- Support new businesses execution by ASEAN Countries Business Lines.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans including M&A.
- Analyse and identify every ASEAN Countries' issues / challenges and provide effective solutions timely.
- Provide top management support and value add to ASEAN Regional HQ and Countries.
- Analyse customer requirements and identify new business opportunities in new business domains.
- To be a strategic and effective Leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business related field.
- 5 years and above experience as a Strategic Planning Managerial position.
- 1 year and above experience on Project Management.
- Experience to manage the overseas local corporation business
- Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the talents in the business unit.
- Effective influencing, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to write professionally.
- Familiar with Corporate Governance and Compliance, knowledge of business planning, human resources development, finance, budget control.
- Understanding of competitive landscape for growing the business’ revenue and devising strategies / programs for success.
- Detail oriented, able to track and organize information, data and communications efficiently to ensure business issues are dealt with promptly and properly.
- Ability to negotiate agreements and/or reach consensus with all levels and positions within the organization.
- Considerable knowledge of current trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N1) to liaise with Japan HQ
