Job Scope:
- Provide assistance to tenants and/or shoppers
- Manage the customer service counters for both retail mall and office tower
- Generate CX related reports
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of front facing customer service experience required
- Knowledge in Office Turnstile and BI CRM will be advantageous
- Must be comfortable to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
