Salary: Up to $3,300 + AWS + VB
Working Hours: 5.25 days work (alt Sat)
Working Location: Senoko
(Company transport provided at Admiralty MRT Station)
Job Scope:
- Handle and resolve customers' enquiries/complaints in a timely manner
- Raise work orders and prepare quotations
- Liaise with stakeholders, customers, and customers on servicing matters
- Update customers on servicing schedule and vehicle collection
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge in CRM system will be advantageous
- Willing to work overtime when required
