Job Description:
The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations, with a focus on enhancing efficiency across our supply chain and sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing documentation, logistics, and ensuring that operational processes align with our company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Coordinate sales operations activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, documentation, and customer deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending solutions to improve productivity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Participate in strategic planning and project management initiatives related to operations and supply chain optimization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of "A" Levels or equivalent; higher qualifications in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Proven experience in operations, supply chain management, or a related role is highly advantageous.
- Familiar with logistics, and import/export documentation, including knowledge of customs regulations, shipping and receiving procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
