- Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels.
- Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems (Windows 10).
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
- Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
- Perform service request related to client platforms (Dell/HP hardware).
- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
- Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.
- Perform follow-up with vendor on replacement of hardware.
- Ensure service level meet requirement.
- Propose and implement action plan when required.
- Share knowledge with team by contributing to knowledgebase articles.
- Experience with using ServiceNow ticketing platform to create, update and close tickets
- Experience with troubleshooting level 1 cisco network / windows server / Netapp NAS issues
- Experience with using Nexthink tool to generate reports to provide proactive desktop management support services.
