Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts works (e.g. preparation of Tax Invoice, petty cash, staff claims etc).
- Filing all financial files, records and relevant documents.
- Liaise with auditor for annual audit, tax agent and company secretary for any statutory filing.
- Handle Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE).
- Perform day-to-day transaction.
- Maintenance & Administration of company databases, record and filing work.
- Perform personal assistant duties for Regional Manager as a secretary.
- Arrange for meetings, minutes and conferences.
- Travel arrangement (local or overseas) for business head, local and overseas’ staff.
- Coordinate and assist in business events as and when required.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Min 'O' level and above
- At least 1 – 2 year of relevant working experience, adminstration in airline will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Exro Accounting Software.
- Able to handle multi-task.
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
- Salary negotiable.
