Responsibilities:
- Preparation of appointment letters and HR letters.
- Manage all work passes application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Payroll processing.
- Administration of annual leave, medical leave, and claim records.
- Ensure that current HR practices are following MOM regulations.
- Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory arrangement.
- Attend to worker enquiry.
- Training course registration and renewal.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
- IRAS 21 submission.
- Air ticket booking.
Requirements:
- GCE O Levels, Certificate or Diploma.
- Proficient in Ms Office applications.
- Positive attitude.
- Willing to learn & good communication skills.
- Prior similar experience will be advantageous.
