Responsibilities
- Assisting the Marketing & Planning Manager to explore and enlist potential or new projects available in the market and its relevant follow-up action
- Evaluating the costs of assigned projects. Preparation of monthly management reports on active project costs
- Take-off material quantities of tenders and prepare preliminary pricing for quotation
- Managing the assigned contracts. Timely record and action for variation orders
- Prompt respond and iron-out contractual issues of all assigned projects
- Daily update and maintain summary of production, delivery and stock records
- Prepare progress claim, monthly subcontractor payment certification and finalization of account
- Preparation of monthly Sales, Production, Material Wastage reports for assigned projects
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in QS, Building / Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Min. 2 years' relevant working experience in QS in precast concrete production
- 5-day work week
