Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare Documentation: Draft and manage quotations, invoices, and delivery notes efficiently.
  2. Customer Interaction: Coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure smooth transactions.
  3. Commercial Communication: Engage in effective communication with customers to clarify commercial aspects of transactions.
  4. Work Orders: Issue and manage work orders in alignment with customer requirements.
  5. Deadline Management: Supervise delivery deadlines.
  6. Support Sales Team: Assist the Sales Team in various ad-hoc tasks to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  2. Communication and Coordination: Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  3. Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently while maintaining a pleasant disposition and fostering teamwork within the department.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage documentation and communication effectively.
