About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of international live streaming process standards, focusing on streamlining and digitizing operations to enhance internal management systems. This includes overseeing the creation of procedures for highly sensitive processes and standardizing approval workflows.
- Engage in strategic partnerships with product, local operations, and development teams to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and module optimization.
- Strategically identify and address key operational challenges affecting core business performance, leveraging cross-functional resources to implement efficient problem-solving strategies and improve overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, strategic planning, and the ability to identify critical issues with actionable solutions.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across various teams to achieve operational excellence and strategic goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in live streaming, content creation, or digital entertainment industries, with a deep understanding of the operational and strategic nuances specific to these sectors.
- Expertise in using analytical tools and software for business intelligence, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and optimization.
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience in leading large-scale projects and initiatives from conception through to execution and evaluation.
