Job Responsibilities
- Maintain proper purchase requisition documents and filing system
- Perform full spectrum of administrative support functions
- Generate and verify Purchase Order (PO).
- Manage requestors’ requirements to ensure operational needs, track orders for timely delivery and quality of purchased products.
- Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports.
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Review requested items for requisition and liaise with department supervisors to determine the suitability of the material as well as identify and / or track overdue material requests.
- Experience in purchasing in Machine Equipment spare parts
- Preparation of cost analysis sheet.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in supply chain management, procurement or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Construction or Manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with construction material and specification.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to start work immediately or with short notice preferred.
