Roles & Responsibilities
· Achieve sales targets through daily store visits, establishing good customer relations, ensuring proper product availability and display, as well as successful execution of in-store promos.
· Merchandisers will work closely with sales team to deliver strategies and to seek opportunities for market growth and sustainability of brands.
· Build good working relationships and secure orders from key customers.
· Ensure all Company and agency products are well-merchandised with ample stocks at retail outlets
· Execute merchandising and display plans
· Monitor pricing and inventory level
· Ensure P.O.S. materials are well-displayed
· Ensure products are well-displayed and rotated on shelves.
· Check and ensure all or near expired stocks on shelf are flushed out and rotated on FIFO (first in first out).
· Liaise and communicate effectively with sales representative on all operational issues
· Key store personnel on ordering and replenishment of stocks
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior as and when required
· Provide feedback on sales/operation issues, competitors promotion/pricing, and market sentiments.
Requirement
· Good knowledge of retail sales, inventory methods and forecasting techniques
· Team work and able to work independently
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Willing to travel to client side
