Responsibilities:
- Create a sales strategy to provide revenue retention, revenue growth, and new business for your personal client portfolio in order to reach or surpass your personal sales targets and overall organic business growth goals.
- Create and implement client relationship management plans to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within own customer portfolio organisations, allowing for effective two-way information flow and understanding of where the company can deliver customer value and resolve issues.
- Sets clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; adapts standard materials to deliver engaging presentations to customer decision makers and influencers; asks pertinent questions to gather information, assess the level of interest of customers, and identify and respond to areas requiring additional information or explanation.
- Create a personal network in the business sector and represent the firm to clients and at business sector events. Obtains market knowledge and raises the company's visibility and reputation, as well as its goods, services, and capacity to deliver comprehensive safety solutions.
- Configure product and service solutions, as well as associated contractual conditions, to satisfy the mid- to long-term demands of clients, including input from appropriate internal specialists. Presents the solution to client representatives and negotiates an arrangement within a set of commercial constraints.
- In charge of updating CRM and effectively uses the CRM system to drive sales activity plans and provide timely reports.
- Build strong external customer relationships by collaborating internally and serving as the customer advocate in cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or inside sales position
- Experience of sales within marine or fire industry
- Must be a self-driven professional
- An out of the box thinker capable of being creative
- Experience of fire safety equipment desirable but not essential
- Experienced in Salesforce
