Currently we are assistign one of our reputable client to lookout for Project Management Officer (PMO) Analyst, comfortable with 12 months contract period to start with, renewable.
Requirements :
- Support the end to end PMO related functions for the project such as billings, procurement, resource planning, client deliverables management & project status reporting.
- Work closely with the project team in the preparation of the project status reports and ensure timely submission
- Participate in client meetings for project status updates and document action points where needed
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that delivery timelines are met, and project related deliverables are completed without delay
- Provide support in resource planning and coordinate with HR in the tracking of open resourcing demands along with the processing of resource onboarding and offboarding Assist in the management of assets and any administrative requests within the account
