Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings on child’s development, maternal and family well-being.
- Develop and deliver child development targeted interventions through engagements with parents/caregivers in the home settings.
- Engage, build and maintain positive relationships with parents/caregivers to support them in knowledge and skills on meeting child's development needs.
- Engage and work collaboratively with key community and social agencies (FSCs, SSOs, Commlink) in the family's landscape of support.
- Commit to ensuring administrative work (E.g. case plans, case notes, data management) are up-to-date with timeliness.
Requirements:
- MUST possess minimum Degree in Early Childhood or Psychology.
- At least 3 years’ experience in social service, working with families.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised in administrative work and takes.
- Adaptable to changes.
- Passionate about working with children and families with an interest in early childhood development
Work Location: Choa Chu Kang
(Work Hours/Timing: 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri with occasional week nights and weekends).
