Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Support all marketing efforts
- Contributes to the growth of the e-commerce business
- Develop new online sales channels
- Create new on-line sales promotion to increase revenue
- Maintain and update contents across all e-commerce platforms
- Ensure that Products, Promotions, Prices and Content on the e-Commerce platforms are up-to-date and accurate at all times
- Liaise with relevant internal functions to fulfil customers' orders
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
- To assist in the business planning and launching of marketing activities
- Responsible for all online communications and content creation, write and handle regular post/content and initiate activities on social media platforms
- To manage issues communications with regard to the social media platforms
- Work closely with other team members on projects and other operational & retail marketing support matters
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies or its equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the area of e-commerce, digital development, marketing or its related field
- Meticulous in order processing and timely reply to consumers’ enquiries
- Energetic, customer-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Highly IT literate
- Proficiency in Adobe Software (i.e. Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Graphic Design will be an advantage
