Job Description
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of systems for CPGFM. You will be required to understand the work processes of our clients, propose improvements and then implement systems to streamline work processes.
- You will source for and liaise with system vendors on the implementation of the system and communicate customization requests to the vendors. You will monitor the timeline to ensure that it is completed within the stipulated deadline. You will then test the system to ensure functional requirements are met.
- You will conduct training sessions to all users on the proper use of the systems, which includes the preparation of training materials and user manuals, where required.
- You will also be involved in projects that require integration of technological advancements for improvements to daily processes.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor, that is deemed relevant to technology and innovation aspects of the job.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business/ IT/Facilities Management/Data Analysis or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Experience with Power Point
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
