The Job:
- Manage all incoming customer queries and requests received by the Company through telephone, email, and other.
- Answering phone call and attending to walk in delivery/collection.
- Coordinate sample collection requests received from customers.
- Check/generate test reports, scan and send to customers.
- Prepare health certificate and cover letter or other documents for customers.
- To liaise with internal and external parties ensuring clear communication of information and smooth process flow.
- Prepare/check and provide invoices to customers through multiple channels (e.g. mail e-mail etc.)
- Assist with other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with also the ability to communicate with our Mandarin speaking customers;
- Excellent time management skill;
- Strong attention to details;
- Able to work 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday)
