1. Controlling and monitoring incoming, online & offline former compliance.
2. Monitoring daily quality reports and conducting root cause analysis for any CAR raised by IPQC worker upon non-conformance findings using fish bone method.
3. Registering and conducting process validation for all R&D or improvement projects taken throughout the operation area.
4. Monitoring and managing calibration status of quality testing equipment.
5. Providing adequate training to workers on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and latest guidelines.
6. Embarking continuously improvement project related to QA/IPQC team.
7. Analyzing failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
8. Managing all documentation related to ISO 9001 and GMP are up to date.
