Role
- Oversee day to day operations of all clinics
- Build high-performing teams of clinic managers and nurses.
- Foster a culture of safety and professional development
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical team of over 20+ dentists and specialists
- Develop structure and refine processes to enhance the patient experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 to 5 years of full-time employment, and looking to pivot into a managerial role
- Able to lead a team and communicate effectively with diverse groups of individuals (doctors, patients, dental assistants, front desk)
- Strong work ethics, good interpersonal skills and has a heart for people
- Passionate about driving the company’s growth and success, and about their own personal development
- Proficient in English and a second language
