Working days: 5 Days work week

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the concierge customer service counter during mall operating hours.
  • Address tenant and shopper inquiries/feedback through various channels.
  • Offer directional assistance to both internal and external shoppers

Job Requirement:

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Min Diploma in any discipline OR have at least 2 years of front desk experience.
