Job Descriptions:
- Manage the concierge customer service counter during mall operating hours.
- Address tenant and shopper inquiries/feedback through various channels.
- Offer directional assistance to both internal and external shoppers
Job Requirement:
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Min Diploma in any discipline OR have at least 2 years of front desk experience.
