Job Description
- Support Store Manager with daily operation of the store
- Provide satisfactory level of customer service and attend to their wants/needs
- Maintain POS systems
- Work as a team to achieve store sales objectives
- Manage in-store products and promote merchandise
- Ad-hoc duties tasked by manager
Requirements
- At least 2 Year(s) of related working experience in retail (Fashion/Sports/Apparels) is required for this position.
- Well-groomed and friendly personality
- Customer-focused with strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work retail hours (shift, weekends and public holidays)
- Possess a customer-focus mindset
- Friendly and helpful personality with positive attitude
- Able to work responsibly as a team and individually
- Able to lead the juniors and share knowledge with them
