To lead finance integration.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional
- Lead the Finance integration of newly acquired schools with finance systems.
- Able to work with multiple systems like SAGE 300, IBM TM1 and CognoseController
- Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements of acquired entities.
- Ensure transfer pricing and other statutory compliance of acquired entities aredone as per statutory requirements and as per group policy.
- Transition of statutory audit to big 4 smoothly and completion of audit on time.
- Formulate policies and procedures for greater process efficiency and tightercontrols
- Provide a detailed financial support to the operational activities as and whenrequired
- Should be able to study and analyse Due Diligence reports
People Interaction
- Should interact with service provider of various IT service provider.
- Liaise with other functional managers in different geographies to put thefinances and accounts in context.
- To supervise and provide guidance to staff members in finance matters.
- Liaise with auditors to address identified audit lapses and/or implement auditrecommendation.
- Should lead a team and must be a good team player •
Key Skills/ Competencies
- Able and manage to work independently.
- Support the Global finance Head in day to day financial matters.
- Stakeholder / Leadership team management
IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant/CMA
- Strong analytical skills and systemic thinker to plan
- Experience to work with system like SAGE 300, IBM TM1 and CognosController ·
- Compliance oriented and highly organized ·
- Results-driven and professional focused •
Experience
Minimum 8 and maximum 15 years of relevant experience Experience in school.
Workschedule - 5.5days as week - ONSITE
