Roles & Responsibilities
· Position : Quantity Surveyor (Construction)
· Location : Site - West (COMPANY BUS from/to Pioneer MRT)
· Working hours : 6 Days 9am -6pm
· Salary : $2000 to $3000
· Duration : Permanent
· Industry : Construction
Main Responsibilities:
- Provides detailed and accurate quantity and component take-offs against the drawings as specified In the tender document
· Administration of tenders - prepare Quotation, tender and contract documents including Bill of Quantities , cost estimation, cost control and budgeting
· Taking off quantity for tender.
· Other Ad-Hoc Duties
Requirements:
· A Level / Diploma / Degree
· Possess 2-3 years of working experience in construction field, however structural steel is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad
