Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the ideation, development, and launch of products to improve user engagement and experience across various platforms.
- Assist in managing the product life cycle, from user need identification and planning to the creation of valuable and feasible products.
- Contribute to annual planning activities and strategic theme development.
- Participate in quarterly planning and assist in developing product strategies.
- Develop and execute quarterly product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Assist in market and competitor analysis to ensure product competitiveness and market fit.
- Understand customer needs to identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas for market expansion and user experience enhancement.
- Engage with users through various channels to gather feedback and insights for product improvement.

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in product management.
- Good understanding of web design and usability standards.
- Familiarity with the SEA online/mobile financial product comparison market.
- Experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of product development tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Loyalty Programs and Customer Engagement Platforms is beneficial.
- SQL knowledge and experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
