Responsilibilities
- You will be working in a team of product managers, engineers and designers, actively involved in contributing to and executing on the product strategy.
- You will be hyper-focused on the end user, able to see your designs’ impact on their overall experience.
- You are expected to support the development of our CX Strategy and deliver end-to-end designs from concept to finished product in a fast-paced environment.

- Communicate with product leads and engineers in their language, designing with consideration for their needs and concerns.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, in both one-on-one and group situations.
- You’re independent, with excellent organization and time-management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Contributes to the culture of the Product Experience Design team by participating in design-led projects, events and discussions, in order to spread design thinking and enthusiasm throughout the company and the wider community.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years experience working in UX/UI, or Product Design roles, and at least 2 years within that period as a Senior.
- Experience working in an agile, cross-disciplinary team.
- Experience in conducting user research and testing.
- First-hand experience working with web mobile, responsive frontend frameworks and design systems.
- Firm grasp of prototyping methods, documentation and design tools.
- Portfolio highlighting shipping features and products, with case studies showcasing what you’ve done, and the impact of your work on the business. Samples of wireframes and mockups are good; living and breathing products are excellent.
- Having experience creating/managing a complex design system is a plus.
- Having experience working with customer engagement platforms or loyalty programmes is a plus
