Job Description:
- Support the business partnering Team Lead in recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job advertisements, screening of applicants, interview process, and work pass application and administration.
- Assist in the management of employee life cycle, including employee confirmation, renewal of contracts, and cessation of employment.
- Assist in registration and monitor of courses such as coretrade and other related courses
- Handle housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary
- Involve in Employee Engagement
- Provide support to managers in investigating non-routine grievance matters
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement :
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or related business field
- Good working knowledge of Human Resource Development
- Good communication skills and proactive
- A Team player with a positive working attitude
- Prefer with some IT knowledge
