- Participate actively in EHSS activities (E.g. H&S Training, Concern Reporting, Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) Review, correction of EHS hazards and unsafe conditions)
- Maintain housekeeping in work area and ensure compliance of site
- safety regulations to prevent accidents Ensure compliance of company EHS & Security policies & local EHS Legislations.
- Keep track of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare part / inventory control
- Involve in improvement projects implementation.
- Support Mechanical and/or Electrical Team in repair work when necessary
- Troubleshooting & repair, redesign and improve the equipment for better capability and performance
- Perform scheduled periodic maintenance on equipment
- Work closely with and support the production team
- Execute Reliability Index Tasks
- Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis and ensure action
- Follow-up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns
