Responsibilities
o Maintain data entries and filing of documentations
o Work with different teams to generate invoices
o Process payments received and payment claims
o Liaise with different teams and clients to ensure smooth flow of operations
o Answering of phone calls, data entry and filing.
o Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
o Min a GCE N/O/A levels or ITE or Diploma or equivalent
o Basic computer knowledge (ie Excel and Word)
o Highly organised and meticulous
o Able to work independently or in a team and take initiative
o Able to work in fast paced environment
