Job Description & Requirements
- Assists with the recruitment and training related processes
- Assists with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellation for foreign workers
- Updating and maintaining proper HR database and records in the system
- Prepares and maintains a wide variety of spreadsheets and databases and streamlines data formats and develop new worksheets or databases to facilitate data entry and tracking.
- Ensure that all HR documentation is properly filed and administrated, this includes employees' personal files, employment, confirmation, warning, resignation and confirmation letter, appraisals, any leave administrative.
- Responsible for the calculation of payroll and overtime calculation and input the information into the Payroll process and generation report as required.
- Assist in preparing and checking of staff claims such as medical, petrol and meal reimbursement.
- Updating & maintaining Employee's Group insurance.
- Cover reception duty as and when required.
- Performs other HR administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR of related discipline with at least 1 year experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills to liaise with associates
- Mature, responsive and responsible with good working attitude
- Proficient with MS Office
- Familiar with Payroll Software, e.g EasyPay is useful
- Knowledgeable in Local Employment related Acts (e,g. Employment Act, EFMA, etc)
- Positive attitude, Self starter
- Adaptable / Flexible thinking
- Able to work independently
