Project Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Close liaison with Project Managers on project schedules and updates
  • Assist Deputy General Manager on daily administration work
  • Provide administrative support to the project teams as assigned
  • Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mails, documents reports and drawings
  • Ensure maintain of proper record and filing system
  • Handling all relevant administrative and documentation required for the projects
  • Other ad hoc administrative support as assigned by DGM

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Mature, responsive and responsible with good working attitude
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Local fresh graduates are welcome to apply
