- Creates and executes initiatives to raise production standards, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
- Make routine inspections and examinations.
- To make sure all departments are in accordance with the QESH MS, ISO, and all relevant regulatory standards, have frequent meetings and inspections.
- Schedule and track the amount of production materials needed.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each production process and make sure that all production staff members adhere to them strictly.
- Provide employees with regular coaching and feedback sessions.
