Job Description
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Client Directors to further build client relationships and maintain/grow accounts. (e.g. collaborate on proposals, costs, account reviews, lead presentations/ discussions, etc.).
- Independently able to lead and manage standardized as well as customized studies (Including designing Questionnaires/discussion guides, analysing and evaluating results, and report writing)
- Independently able to develop, implement, coordinate, and manage research projects in collaboration with the internal Research team, external consultants, & operations team.
- Actively drive issue-based analyses, build effective analytical presentations, and consultative storytelling to clients in a straight-forward way.
- Proactively advise line-manager of client status, problems, and opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in Quantitative research is non-negotiable
- Competent and well-versed in all stages of market research (e.g. proposal writing, questionnaire design, sampling, data collection, data analysis, reporting, and presentation)
- Strong industry knowledge especially in the Brand Health Tracking domain.
- Experience in other disciplines such as U&A, segmentation, pricing, purchase journeys, and product and concept tests would be an added bonus
- Experience in managing a high volume of complex quantitative research studies under tight budgets and schedules.
- Good organiser with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain a positive, motivational, “get things done” attitude
- Well-developed interpersonal skills for internal and external clients
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Specific Qualifications
- At least 7-8 years’ experience in a market research role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in any discipline
