Job Highlights:
• Basic Salary: Up to $2300
• Monthly productivity bonus provided!
• Working Hours: (5 or 6 days' work week option) Weekdays 1.00pm-9.45pm, Weekends 8:30am-6:45pm
• Off Day(s) is/are on a weekday
• Location: Bedok (Opp Bedok MRT)
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management (enrollment, registration, handle enquiries, billings/invoices/payments etc).
• Maintain accurate student records, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Manage students' attendance, class schedules and communicate any changes in the schedule to relevant parties.
• Provide administrative support to instructors to ensure necessary materials and resources are available when required.
• Management of center's cleanliness
• Any other ad-hoc general admin duties as assigned necessarily.
Requirements:
• A Level/Diploma or above holders, minimum 1 year experience in an administrative and customer service role in an education center is required.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to details.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and administrative tools.
• Willing to work extra hours during month end and school holidays.
