Responsibilities & Requirements :
- Process all port and immigration formalities and declarations on time for smooth & efficient operation for assigned vessel’s entry and departure
- Keep all relevant parties updated regularly on the operational activities of the vessels
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with people of all levels
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Can work independently and under pressure
- Physical attendance onboard vessels at Singapore Ports and at anchorage
- Occasionally, to work irregular hours including weekends and public holidays to cater to different ships’ arrival and departure times
- Knowledge and experience in ship agency operational work such as port & immigration regulations, procedures, etc
- Problem solver with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Possess Class 3 driver’s licence, advantageous to have your own transport (motorbike/car)
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
