Responsibilities:

  • Forge strategic partnerships across the Web3 landscape and secure enterprise-level clients.
  • Enhance the company’s reputation within the industry through networking and collaborations.
  • Perform market analyses and research to guide the company’s product development strategy.

Key Duties:

  • Analyze the Web3 sector for strategic insights and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify and secure paid enterprise clients for our suite of products.
  • Create an ecosystem of partners to boost adoption of our platform.
  • Gather industry feedback to inform future improvements to the platform.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies for new features and launches.
  • Represent the company in thought leadership roles and public speaking engagements.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications or coursework in blockchain technology or digital assets is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field within the tech or Web3 industries.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing enterprise-level partnerships and clients.
  • Experience in conducting market research and analysis, with a strong ability to translate findings into actionable business strategies.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
    • Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools.
    • Strategic Thinking:
    • Ability to identify strategic partnership opportunities and negotiate deals that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Strong analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Web3 market.

Communication and Leadership:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and representing the company in thought leadership roles, including panels, workshops, and conferences.

Adaptability and Innovation:

  • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing market conditions and company priorities.
  • A creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for developing new strategies to enhance market position and drive growth.
