Responsibilities
- Accept and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company compliance, health, and safety policies.
- Managing and ensuring the fulfilment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer’s volume trend, sales campaigns/activities to ensure a well-functioning supply chain to local stores.
- Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution centre.
- Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.
- Keeping close contact with and customers, transporter, and suppliers to ensure good service levels, productivity, and optimal customer service
- Ensuring operational plans and forecast are executed promptly.
- Decision making based on analytical data.
- Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time.
- Lead, develop and support team members growth and performance by through continuous improvement (Training/Materials) and setting qualities targets.
- Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above in any relevant fields
- At least 3 years of strong supervisory experience
- May require for OT during peak periods
- 5.5 days (Alternate half day on Saturdays)
