Job Description
- Module Process Development and Optimization:
- Engage in the refinement and enhancement of manufacturing processes specific to modules.
- Identify areas for efficiency enhancement and implement improvements to attain optimal outcomes.
- Consumable Material Evaluation and Testing:
- Assess consumable materials for compatibility with manufacturing processes.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to verify the reliability and performance of consumables in the production setting.
Data Analysis, FACA, and DOE Testing:
- Conduct thorough data analysis to detect patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Apply Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FACA) methodologies and perform Design of Experiments (DOE) testing to bolster process robustness.
Definition and Documentation of Standard Specification Documents:
- Develop and document standardized specifications for processes and materials.
- Ensure documentation completeness to enable consistency and adherence to quality standards.
Resolution of Technology Issues to Enhance Process Yield:
- Investigate and resolve technology-related challenges affecting process yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions and continually enhance overall production efficiency
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Engineering Science
- An opportunity to work as an expatriate with an 85% deployment in India locations.
- Proven experience in assembly, film lamination, glue binding, wet clean, or laser processes.
- Familiarity with quality control and process optimization techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency and product quality.
