Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic/University;
- A proven track record in Project Management is an advantage;
- Experience with SPPG substations (22 KV, 66 KV, 230 KV and 400 KV) is an advantage;
- Experience in site testing and commissioning;

Responsibility:
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. Sales Managers or Proposal Team) to obtain information required for the submission of Tender/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ)
- Obtain the necessary approvals and ensure that proposals are submitted/received timely and compliant with the required mode of submission
- Track and follow up with stakeholders on the status of the proposal
- Prepare Bill of Materials and Costing for Tender/RFP/RFQ submission
- Participate in Tender/RFP/RFQ review meetings and site surveys when necessary;
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic/University
- Experience in proposal and bidding life cycle
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) equivalent industry would be an advantage

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm
Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)
Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)
18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)
