Full Job Description:
The Wolfgang Violin Studio invites applications for a full-time position in the faculty of Cello beginning in the 2024 year.
Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be the stronghold of the faculty of Cello educators and lead the Cello program for all levels.
* Curate Cello academic program
* Facilitate all Cello programs as a coordinator and teacher
* Oversee and train the Cello teaching team
* Active participation in department recruitment efforts, auditions, student report evaluation, and teacher meetings.
Qualifications/Requirements:
We seek a leader with an established reputation and a proven record of successful teaching and performance, and who shares Wolfgang’s commitment to the highest standards in music training. • Minimum three years of leadership and management experience
• Minimum five years of teaching experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Highly-motivated with a passion to teach
• Good communication skills and fluent in English
• Experience teaching both individual and group classes
• Knowledge of the ABRSM Exam and Trinity Guildhall syllabus
