SCOPE OF WORK
- Client liaison and servicing
- Project management for all stages of a project
- Crafting of unique proposals with team members
- Project costing/budgeting
- Tabulating client quotations
- Project operations, planning and administration
- Sourcing for venues, vendors, materials, entertainment and event related requirements
- Internal liaisons and communication with sales, design and production divisions
- External vendor management and supervision
- Timeline management
- Efficient activation and execution of events and exhibitions.
CRITERIA
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in events/exhibition production and management
- Academic qualifications in events, marketing or related qualification preferred
- Track records of managing 6 figures contracts/projects
- Relevant experience with planning and management of lifestyle or corporate events and exhibitions
- Possess client management and account servicing experience
- Knowledge of AutoCad, SketchUp or Adobe Illustrator will be advantageous
- Highly motivated and efficient
- Resourceful in getting unique vendors
- Creative and with a good sense of aesthetics
- Good organisational techniques with meticulous attention to details
- Good writing and communication skills, with an outgoing personality
- Proficient in English, and bilingual in Chinese preferred, but not essential.
