Job Description

- Position Title: Admin cum Accounts Assistant
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist manager with administrative and accounting tasks
- Keep good records of the documentation
- Attend incoming calls and emails from customers or clients
- Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statement, invoice issued etc.)
- Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.

- Competent with MS Office, Excel,
- Need to be meticulous
- Must be able to speak, read and write in Chinese in order to communciate with Chinese speaking clients
- Administrative/ Accounting experience is an advantage and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
