JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assist in advising and providing latest MOM guidelines.
· Oversee the team’s work application progress, track the progress of applications and render support to all application issues.
· Support with administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
· Support payroll & taxation and liaise with auditors on payroll audits
· Handle work pass related matters, Renew, apply.
· Update and maintain employee’s data in HR system and P-files
· Administrate E-Attendance, E-leave & E-Claim in the HR system
· Handle staff welfares and benefits administration (group medical insurance & claims)
· Prepare and submit MOM & other statutory board HR-related surveys
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Diploma/ Degree, preferably in Human Resource or other equivalent professional qualifications
· Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in the service industry.
· Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment guidelines.
· Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients is an added advantage.
· Able to work independently, lead and motivate a team of administrative staff.
· Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think logically and strategically.
· Experience in handling full payroll cycle
· Knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and HR practice
