Job Description:
Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners
Coordinate with other departments on collaborative campaigns with partners
Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
Marketing
Conceptualize, plan, test, evaluate and execute social media marketing strategies for new games
Plan, produce and manage content for multiple social media platforms
Grow and manage gamer community on different social media platforms
Conceptualize, plan and execute guerilla marketing campaigns for organic user acquisition
Manage and guide less experienced team members
Job Requirements:
5 or more years of relevant work experience
Degree in a relevant discipline
Avid gamer, deep passion for games
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Able to fluently liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
Very familiar with various social media platforms
Able to work independently
Video / mobile gaming industry experience a bonus
