- Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate all activities on the construction site.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
- Foster positive relationships to enhance collaboration and project success.
- Verify and approve periodic assessments of progress claims submitted by contractors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, issues, and resolutions.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil & Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in process industry environment.
- Possess strong project management and planning skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Possess own vehicle to work in Jurong Island
