We are now looking for a Personal Assistant provide support to a director in our law firm. The candidates should meet the following requirements: -
Job Requirements:
· Diploma holder or ‘A’ levels or equivalent.
· Able to speak and write fluent English
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
· Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable
· Have a pleasant and dynamic personality, and be willing to work overtime if required
· Able to work independently and as part of a team; and
· Good command of written and spoken English
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the Director.
- Manage and coordinate the Director's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and filings.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient document management.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Undertake research tasks and compile relevant information as required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
