Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure that the organization remains compliant on all legislative manpower law.
-Responsible for Work Pass application, renewal and cancellation.
-Manage recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
-Assist in the onboarding of new hires and off-boarding/clearance for resignees, in charge of the preparation of Letter of Offers and Employment Contracts for new joiners.
-Assist headquarters in the smooth execution of HR processes such as Performance Appraisal, Talent Management etc.
-Take charge of the human resources information systems, in the upkeep of data.
-Conducts orientation for new hires on the office layout, office services guidelines and policies.
-Responsible for office decoration, both festive and general celebrations.
-Organising company events and activities e.g. team building, Xmas party etc.
-Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/company properties in Singapore.
-Any other duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & skills
-Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent qualification.
-Minimum 5 years or more experience.
-Thorough knowledge of labour legislation and full understanding of all HR functions.
-Strong client focus and team orientation.
-Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, interpersonal skills, strong MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills.
-Ability to speak in Chinese is preferred.
-Demonstrate sound work ethics and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
