H/Advisors Klareco is headquartered in Singapore with a regional network of offices. We operate globally through the H/Advisors network and Havas Group.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities would be on accounts receivables and payables for the Asia division, which includes:
- Processing of invoices, expenses, staff claims, credit card transactions and petty cash and reconciling supplier statements
- Billing of clients including expense billing and ad hoc project billing on a monthly basis and in line with the finance timetable. This will involve billing in multi-currency.
- Inter-company reconciliations, preparing payment runs and processing payments.
- Management and financial reporting
- Preparing monthly balance sheet and profit & loss schedules for audit and tax purposes
- Liaising with external auditors, bankers, vendors and service providers
- General filling and administrative team matters
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, running errands, and organizing events on behalf of the Management
Desired Skills and Experience
- Having worked in an accounts department with purchase ledger and billing experience
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
