Job Description
· Assist in inventory management. Receiving, checking, verifying, and maintaining the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing goods, including monthly inventory count
· Preparation of packing list and invoices for delivery
· Assist in upkeep of office premises, machinery repair/maintenance, air-conditioner maintenance
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal details
· Process monthly payroll and handle payroll-related matters including overtime pay and staff claims
· Work pass application, renewal, and cancellation and arrange worker for training course
· Maintain accounting records proficiency in using accounting software
· Handle AR & AP, data entry of invoice processing, suppliers payments & AR collections
· Maintain proper filing of records and database
· Perform general office administrative duties
· Assist in any ad hoc day-to-day operations as assigned
· Perform other tasks assigned by the management
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level or Professional Certificate or above
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as MS Word and MS Excel
· Proficiency in Mandarin is a must
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Positive working attitude and able to multi task and work independently
· With 1-2 Year(s) of relevant working experience
· Able to commence employment immediately or within short notice
· Salary from $1,800 to $2,500 per month
· Able to commit to 5.5 Days work week (8.00 am to 5.00 pm for Mon-Fri, 8.00 am to 12 pm for Sat)
